The overall thermal structure of the corrugated plate heat exchanger is based on the principle of extended heat transfer of rectangular plate shells, calculated using the non-uniform turbulence effect of fluids. The surface curvature coefficient of the heat transfer plate effectively increases the heat transfer element in fluid motion - fluid turbulence rate, reduces the thermal resistance and temperature gradient of the fluid boundary layer, promotes fluid transfer to the entire plane, and enhances heat transfer efficiency.

The corrugated plate heat exchanger has a reasonable spatial structure, good heat transfer efficiency and condensate removal effect, plate unit structure, simple and convenient series parallel combination, and reliable operating performance.     Condensation and drainage mechanism of corrugated plate heat exchanger:

    In the process of steam-liquid exchange of plate heat exchanger, the condensate generated by the steam in the heat transfer plate flow path is partially two-phase incomplete condensate steam and condensate droplets formed with the steam in the flow path. When the shear force of steam motion is greater than the volume force of condensate droplets, the droplets will be carried out with the steam movement.

    Meanwhile, during the process of heat transfer plate reheating, part of the flow path becomes a low-pressure section. Due to the differential pressure in the flow path and the siphon effect of the outlet section leading out the header, the droplets in the flow path will be displaced in momentum and the condensate droplets in the heat transfer plate will be carried out randomly.

    Based on the above movement mechanism of steam-liquid exchange, condensate in any position of the heat transfer plate in the channel can be discharged smoothly.
