The overall thermal structure of corrugated plate heat exchanger is based on the principle of rectangular corrugated expansion heat transfer and calculated by the non-uniform turbulent effect of fluid. The surface surface coefficient of heat transfer plate effectively improves the heat transfer element - fluid turbulence rate in fluid movement, reduces the thermal resistance and temperature gradient of fluid boundary layer, promotes the fluid to be transmitted to the whole plane, and strengthens the heat transfer efficiency.
